Toulouse-La Track pays homage to the artwork of Henri de Toulouse Lautrec. Priscilla Roberts Fallon, a native of Lexington, worked with Whitesburg portrait painter Anna Daniel Hall to create this unique horse. Fallon, a founding member of the Artists Attic in Lexington, works in mixed media and especially loves painting horses. She was a past vice president of the Lexington Art League. Hall, a charter member of the Whitesburg Art League and a life member of the Lexington Art League, has studios in Whitesburg and the Artists’ Attic in Lexington.
