Grapevine abstractly represents the
twining vines, both old- and new- growth. The purple background represents
the grapes and the fruits of the vines’ labor. Vida Vitagliano has recently
begun her quest as a professional artist, although her work spans several
decades. Currently, her artwork reflects Daoist themes, focusing on flowing,
curving lines and shapes, and often expressing elements of nature.
